Our Employment Law Department has extensive experience handling all types of claims from unfair dismissals and work related stress claims to class actions and employment injunctions.

We currently represent clients in contentious matters before the Labour Relations Commission, The Labour Court, The Equality Tribunal, The Employment Appeals Tribunal and the Civil Courts. We can also assist you in mediation and other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
